Bilateral Renal Infarction Due to Ecstasy Usage

Abstract
Renal infarction is a rare cause of bilateral loin pain. The most common etiologic reason is thromboembolism due to atrial fibrillation. Abuse of drugs such as ecstasy is a very rare cause of renal infarction. Here, we present a case diagnosed with bilateral renal infarction due to ecstasy usage after excluding other reasons.
