Abstract
Microscopic polyangiitis is small vessel necrotizing vasculitis involving the kidney, sometimes skin, and lung. This disease is characterized by the presence of an ANCA and few or no immune deposits in involved vessels. We reviewed the different features of MPA due to our two patients.
