Abstract
Familial Hypomagnesemia- hypercalciuria is a hereditary disease of unknown etiology characterized by persistant Hypomagnesemia, incomplete distal tubuler acidosis, hypercalciuria and nephrocalcinosis. We have reported and discussed a case with familal hypomagnesemic hypercalciuria leading to nephrocalcinosis and chronic renal failure
