Abstract
Renal artery aneursyms are more commonly observed than previously thought. Although flank pain, hematuria and hypertension may be presenting symptoms, it may be asymptomatic and detected incidentally. In the present article, 44 year old woman with saccular renal artery aneursym, treated by surgically is presented and literature is reviewed.
