Abstract
Two patients of ages seven and 11 having both hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) and salmonella infection findings concomitantly were presented. The relevance of HUS with some infectious agents and rarely with salmonella infections is a well-known entity. In this paper, the pathogenetic role of salmonella in HUS and some clinical and loboratory features of HUS were discussed.
